Coordinator

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay
Must possess a valid driver's license
At least 1 year of independent working experience
Good language expression and communication skills, with the ability to analyze and solve problems
Proficient in using Excel
Meet with clients to fully understand their needs, and accurately complete design plans based on these requirements
Responsible for creating design plans after on-site measurements, arranging meetings to discuss the plans with clients, and signing contracts
Oversee on-site project handovers and coordinate with the materials department for material selection
Provide guidance on soft furnishings for clients and be responsible for the overall design process of the project
Must be familiar with relevant software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, etc.

Able to organize clients' design schedules
Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and work closely with them to ensure the project is completed smoothly

Assist designers in preliminary preparation work, such as documentation, graphic materials, and relevant information searches
Assist designers in communication and coordination with clients
Assist designers in completing design drawings, sample production, and other design tasks
Assist designers in liaising with downstream implementers, tracking order completion status, and delivery progress
Must be familiar with relevant software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, and SketchUp
